An extended sewage line system with a sewer tunnel and several supply tunnels for transporting the sewage to treatment plants. Laying out of the lines necessitated experience as well as dedication to complete this task requiring heavy labour in time.

Solutions We Implemented

  • Additional blue-collar workforce with experience in sewage projects was recruited
  • Operators with expertise in the specific machinery and equipment were hired on a required basis
  • Resolutions were instituted on a quick basis to eliminate the issues and proceed smoothly
  • A proper procedure was devised and all the men were briefed about the precautions, do’s and don’ts. Further, the supervisory team monitored the project constantly
